- 4th February - 25th February: Registration phase
- 7th March – Introductory meeting with teams by Absa Team (online)
- 14th March – 28th March: Engagement with Farmers for understanding their business operations and pain points
- 29th March : Ideation submission by Teams
- 30th March : Shortlisting to Top 25 teams
- 8th April: Presentation of Ideas by Teams to Judging panel, Shortlisting to Top 10 teams (online)
- 11th April – 24th April : Top 10 Teams prototype for the ideas submitted and submit the prototypes
- 25th April: Presentation of prototypes by Top 10 teams (online)
- 26th April : Judging of prototypes by Judging Panel
- 28th April: Announcement of Top 3 Teams
- 3th May – 14th June : Top 3 Teams undergo Incubation Programme
- 17th June – Incubation programme ends, Teams have completed and submitted the proposed solutions
- 24th June : Presentation and demonstration of complete solution by Top 3 teams to Judging Panel (online)
- 8th July: Final Awarding Ceremony Winning team announcement.
